Sharadh has worked as a civil and structural engineer since graduation. Sharadh has experience in finite element analysis, dynamic analysis of vibrating structures, liquid retaining structures, five years on site construction experience on process plants from green fields both locally and internationally. His experience includes designs in surface plants as well as underground structures in the diamond, gold, copper and uranium mining sector. Sharadh currently specialises in fast track projects in the mining and process sector with particular emphasis on fast tracking onsite design engineering and construction claims.
Krzysztof has a BSc in Engineering from Wits University and has been Financial Director and a Project manager at Logiman for the past 7 years. He has managed multidiscipline process plant projects for various mining houses such as Anglo American Platinum, Lonmin, Paladin, Goldfields, and Sudor Coal amongst others. Projects range from pre feasibility studies to fixed price construction contracts.
Technical Director Process
Thabo have worked as a process engineer for 12 years. His experience includes being researcher at a prestigious testing facility for minerals and flotation, operations metallurgist at a gold plant and Process Engineer for LogiMan. As Associate Technical Process Director, Thabo is responsible for various projects from conceptual design through to engineering, construction and commissioning.
Construction & Commissioning Director
Vince is a Project Engineer, with extensive experience in and pyrometallurgy applications such as Uranium, Chrome recovery, Coal and Copper.
Projects and HR Director
Eddie has worked in Engineering and Design for over 30 years beginning with Ove Arup & Partners in Dublin right through to the present day in projects as varied as commercial building, breweries, smelters, mines and process plants. He has always shown willingness to work hard and long with the knowledge that by accepting ownership and responsibility practically anything can be achieved. His enthusiasm, leadership qualities and his belief in maximizing project knowledge throughout the entire Team helps him to achieve those difficult deadlines and therefore move the project along at a good pace but minimises the risks that tend to impede most fast track projects.
Arayan has worked as a Mechanical Engineer since graduation. He has extensive experience in both mechanical engineering and project management. This includes managing projects from conceptualisation through to commissioning, design verification, technology implementation, plant efficiency improvements and other technical support to production plants. His experience includes many years of service at Karbochem, designing Luiri Gold Plant in Zambia and Uranex Graphite Mine in Tanzania.
Anthony has been working as a Construction Manager since he graduated. During the course of his studies he obtained a business management qualification while also being certified as a qualified electrician before he obtained his project management qualification. Over the years Anthony has managed multiple projects and is an experienced campaigner in the mining industry. He has managed construction projects for mining giants such as the Aveng Group, Paladin Africa and Anglo Platinum.
